This song was actually written to be performed for my Video Production final project in college at UK. I had previously captured Mike jamming the riff during a jam at NTC Studios. I wrote the lyrics and had Jen sing them. My brother played the drums during the live set, but this recorded version was made for Jen to practice to.
Though it is somewhat country, the riff rocks and Mike kills the slide solo. Jen always had a little twang in her beautiful voice and it worked out perfect for this cut. It doesn't really fit with the style of the rest of the album, but Leftover Salmin just gets down like that. This song is the essence of NTC jams and great Tvardischtein and Jenjamin memories!
